01 / The challenge
Make production-linked
income accessible.
In this coconut-processing factory, workers’ income is linked to productivity and efficiency. They needed a way to check their earnings, supported by the production information behind them.
The technical challenge extended beyond an individual screen. It involved the connection between work happening on the factory floor, the equipment capturing information, production records and the interface workers use.
02 / The system
Physical equipment.
Connected information.
Production checkpoints
Scales, scanners and terminals formed part of the factory-floor setup. Production interfaces supported the people using those checkpoints.
Connected records and interfaces
The architecture linked production workflows with the system’s records and interfaces. The design work covered the connections between equipment, applications and information.
Worker earnings access
A dedicated worker interface allowed people to use their identity card to access earnings information. This put an understandable access point in front of the workers the system was built for.
The whole connection matters. Equipment, records and screens need to work as one system. Our team designed the architecture and built the implementation across those parts.
03 / Our contribution
From architecture
to the factory floor.
Our team designed the whole system. The project work included:
- System architecture and the design of connected workflows.
- Production checkpoint applications and worker-facing interfaces.
- Integration of physical equipment, including scales, scanners and terminals.
- Identity-card access to earnings information.
- Installation, technical training and troubleshooting material.
This is an example of the implementation experience our team brings to new projects: understanding the operational setting and connecting the technical components required to make it work.
04 / What it enables
A direct view
of earnings.
Factory workers can check income linked to their productivity and efficiency through a dedicated interface. The production checkpoints and connected system provide the technical foundation around that access.
The same kinds of engineering capabilities—device integration, workflow design, connected applications and clear interfaces—are relevant wherever a production business needs its people and systems to work together.
